What would be my responsibility after getting trained?

As Dheya’s Career Mentors, you would be conducting career guidance, career planning, and Mentoring sessions based on the Psychometric Assessment report through different modes of delivery such as video calling or one-to-one, whichever is applicable. The session is held with the children and their parents for durations varying from 60min. to 120min., which can be delivered at any specified location. you should also promote Dheya programs in your connects.

Do I have to pay any Training Fees?

In order to become a Dheya’s Certified Mentor one has to pay the Membership fees to get inducted into Mentor’s Community. The Mentor training is a skill provided by Dheya to become a Dheya Certified Mentor.

This comprehensive training includes the understanding of standardized & scientific tools, techniques, and processes of Aptitude Test/ Psychometric Assessment, how to interpret the reports, understanding the different parameters of Personality, Interest, Aptitude, and so on. We believe that this is not just any training, but an
immense opportunity to acquire a new skill & proficiency that remains with you lifelong and also provides you with earning potential. Dheya provides you an opportunity to be a life- transformer for the young minds of India, and build your own reputation as a great career mentor and guide.

What is my earning potential once I complete the course?

Please refer above answer. Further, Dheya’s belief system is unique and unbiased and this aspect will be covered during our training. Our processes are streamlined and scientifically proven methods that focus on individual strengths and correlate them to future identity based on huge data of occupational demands. Previous experience in career counseling would therefore not be directly applicable to the role of Dheya Mentor. As a qualified professional you have expertise in your domain only whereas Dheya processes and systems require professional training and certification.
